Yogurt Mask for Facial Rejuvenation

No matter how old you are, one thing is for sure – you want to look beautiful and you want your face to look as young and radiant as possible. Yogurt has multiple uses, it is healthy for both the body and the skin of your face.

To make a face rejuvenation mask, we only need a couple of ingredients – yogurt, egg and olive oil. It is desirable that all the ingredients are cold, in order to combine as well as possible.

  • Any yogurt can be used, no matter what the fat content is.
  • We will only take egg yolks for the face. It has a beneficial effect on our skin and nourishes it, which is why it is increasingly used in cosmetics. We use it for problematic and tired skin, as well as against wrinkles.
  • Olive oil is great for face care. Olive oil is used to make your skin look like satin. It softens the skin, prevents wrinkles and gives it a natural glow and appearance.

The mask of yogurt, olive oil and egg yolk is made in a few minutes, very simply and easily. Mix all the ingredients and put them back in the fridge to merge a bit more.

One teaspoon of olive oil, egg yolk and two teaspoons of yogurt are enough.

Apply the mask on your face and let it stand for about twenty minutes. A thin layer is enough, so that it does not leak from the face. It happened to me when I used this mask for the first time that I had the mixture left for another use.

I used the rest on the next day, I just covered it with foil so that the mixture would not be damaged. It was refrigerated and ready to use.

I was amazed at how soft my face was when I rinsed with lukewarm water. Great effect!

After many stressful and hectic days, this mask reset me. Although I put on makeup every morning when I go to work, I didn’t put a single grain of makeup that day because I really didn’t need it. I felt nice and refreshed.

Another mask that is great for the face is a combination of honey and yogurt.

Yogurt should be at room temperature, to make it easier to combine with honey. If the honey is solid, melt it in the microwave.

This mask will tighten your face and help you tighten wrinkles.

Honey is one of the best balms for face and body, rich in sugars and minerals, as well as vitamins B and C. It has an antibacterial effect and is ideal for sensitive skin that is prone to irritations and allergies. Your skin will love all the masks and facial scrubs based on honey and yogurt, because they are very pleasant to it and make it smooth, shiny and velvety soft.

The honey and yogurt mask should be left on face for about twenty minutes, then rinse. You can then apply a moisturizer, and enjoy cleansed and soft facial skin all day long.

Pepper and Yogurt

  To get rid of pimples, you can use a face mask made of pepper and yogurt. I know it sounds weird, but it’s very effective! One teaspoon of black pepper and two teaspoons of yogurt will be enough for this mask.

This mask will make your skin glow and will affect the removal of spots and scars from pimples.

It will clean your skin nicely and you will see it after the first application. It is applied in circular, massaging movements and rinsed with cold water.

I love scrubs! I tried so many of them and shared new recipes with friends. In the beginning, when I tell them, they are amazed by the mixture, because I combine and try everything. Yogurt goes great with the fruit, so fruit face scrubs are my favourite.

Lemon is definitely magical and its effect on the face is truly amazing! Get rid of pimples easily with yogurt and lemon.

Lemon has an antibacterial effect, cleanses the skin of all invisible dirt and prevents the appearance of annoying, painful and not at all beautiful pimples. Removes bacteria and dead cells from the skin. Combined with yogurt, it will give fast and visible results.

I used the scrub I made to clean my face with yogurt. Half a lemon is enough and half a cup of yogurt. Squeeze the lemon, but don’t throw away the peel. The peel has powerful ingredients that we need for the scrub.

Grate the peel finely, and squeeze the rest, then mix everything with yogurt. Pour into a glass bottle and return to the refrigerator. It is always desirable to clean the face from make-up before scrubbing and to apply it on clean skin, in order for the effect to be stronger. Washing can begin!

Lemon peel will remove all dead cells from the face, essence will purify all impurities, and yogurt will nourish the face.

You will enjoy this massage. Do the treatment for a few minutes, actually while you like it. Rinse with water and allow the face to dry. You don’t need a towel. Let the skin breathe!

When you come back from work or from a night out, you really have to remove the remnants of makeup, because your skin does not want to suffer, so it happens that after a while it reacts by giving us a lot of pimples and blackheads.

Assuming we all have yogurt in the fridge and drink it at least once a day, I also recommend cleansing the face with light movements of cotton swabs. It can be used without any additions, just applied to the face and then washed off with cold water. Be sure that all “heavy” makeup will be removed in a few strokes. Facial skin will breathe.

There are indeed many products on the market that are great for cleansing the skin, but it is also worth knowing that facial cleansing with yogurt can replace many of these products.

Delicious Yogurt Mask

Another mask that I tried, and which is suitable for all skin types, is a yogurt and oatmeal mask. It’s often my meal, so I decided to see how this light breakfast affects my face.

For this mask, I needed a blender to make the flakes as fine as possible. One tablespoon is enough, both yogurt and cereals. This mask is great for the face. Just try to keep it on your face for half an hour, so that the ingredients melt and give your skin the necessary ingredients it needs to be hydrated and healthy.

This mask is also a scrub and you will see it when you take it off your face. Oatmeal will cleanse your skin and remove all surface bacteria, surface blackheads and impurities on your face.

A great mask, perhaps one of the most effective, because it nourishes, cleanses, hydrates and tightens the skin at the same time. It should be applied at least twice a week in order to notice the effect and maintain the radiant skin.

Besides oatmeal, you can mix a banana with yogurt.

Banana and yogurt will nourish your facial skin and give it all the necessary vitamins. You will notice the effect very quickly. Chop or mash half a banana and add yogurt. You can eat the rest, because sweet porridge is healthy for your body! Let it stay on your face, then rinse.

Also, I tried masks with berries that can also serve as a scrub, because of the grains that we cannot chop. Raspberries are great with yogurt, both for the shake and for the face. Just be careful not to scare the housemates by walking around the house with a red mask on your face.

Raspberries contain ellagic acid, which prevents the breakdown of natural collagen and slows down skin aging and cell breakdown.

Suitable for all skin types, the yogurt and raspberry mask will protect your skin and rejuvenate it.

It will restore elasticity and radiance to the skin, so you can apply this mask on both the neck and cleavage. The easiest way to apply this mask is with pieces of cotton wool, let it stand for about twenty minutes and then gently rinse with water.

Basically, the most important thing is proper and regular care. When we achieve the desired result, we should continue with care, and ingredients that suit the skin should be used. That is the secret of beautiful skin and those beautiful women who always look as if they just came out of a beauty salon.
