Chicken Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

3 Chicken breast or 4 thighs

Garlic

Cajun Seasoning and pepper

Olive Oil

Broccoli

1 sliced Cabbage

Onion

1 sliced Bell Pepper (feel free to add red, yellow and green peppers)

(Any veggies you like)

Oyster Sauce

Rice (white or brown)

Cut chicken into bites and place in skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil along with garlic. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning(or salt) and pepper to the chicken.  Cook until it’s no longer raw (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat. In another pot ( 16 gallon) Add onions, cabbage, broccoli, and bell peppers. Cook until cabbage is tender. Add the chicken to the pot, stir and cover. After 5 minutes drizzle Oyster sauce based on your desired taste.

Serve over white or brown rice

Very quick and very easy!
